Pickups rewinding

Whether it's for a guitar of sentimental or financial value (sometimes both at the same time), it's not always easy to find a vintage pickup when we're missing one.

 In another case, we sometimes buy an instrument that suits us but we don't like the sound of the pickups, so it may be good to consider rewinding them to improve their definitions and warmth with hand winding without changing the aesthetics of the instrument.

 We therefore offer you a repair/rewinding service for your pickups.

 Our stock of wire incorporating period specifications guarantees you a result as close as possible to the original pickup for a restoration.

 Similarly, in the case of rewinding to improve the sound of your pickup, it is entirely possible to change the resistance of the latter to best suit your use.

 Please do not remove the wire in the coil before shipping so that we can determine the winding direction and avoid a pickup out of phase with the rest of your guitar.

 A simple rewind costs on average €60 excluding specific wire, a flat rate of €7 is applied for returning the pickup.
